Refund policy

To start a return, it is required that you contact us at she.madeit@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [25055 Highway 14 E Louisville, MS, 39339].

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request and return your item(s). Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. It is VERY important to note the only form of refund you will receive is store credit. A store credit gift card code will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for packaging and postage required to get it back to us from your local post office. You may use whatever shipping carrier of your choice; however, please keep a record of your tracking number so you can follow your order back to us. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive your package and your item(s) are accepted, we will issue you your store credit code.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or discounted orders/items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. 


Exchanges

To avoid any confusion, exchanges will not be allowed. A customer returning an item will only be able to receive in-store credit to which they can use for purchase on any item they choose.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive an email with your in-store credit code within 3-5 business days.
